Welcome to Andriy Kopchak Art Gallery (“we”, “us” or “our”). We offer a wide selection of paintings, prints, books and art (“Products”) through our website andriykopchak.com (“Site”). By using our Site, you agree to these Terms and the regulations, our Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies.

1. User account

You can register an account on our registration page. As the account owner, you are responsible for managing your orders and addresses.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are indicated in US dollars and hryvnias. We accept payment by credit card and cryptocurrencies. All prices include shipping, full product insurance. Prices do not include possible payments upon receipt in the buyer’s country.

3. Order process

Will place order on our checkout page and receive a confirmation email. Ask any questions about the product you are interested in. You can request additional information and photos of the product. There are no restrictions on the number and frequency of orders. Before shipping, we will send you a photo of the packaged product. After sending the order to the postal services, we will inform you of the track number for tracking the order.

4. Delivery of goods

We send products within 3 working days. On the territory of Ukraine, delivery is carried out by Nova Poshta, outside Ukraine by Ukrposhta.The package of documents for shipment is drawn up in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.Delivery time depends on the destination and usually takes 7-21 days. We do not deliver to Russia, Iran, North Korea,AR Crimea, to Luhansk, Donetsk region, in the occupied part of Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions of Ukraine, and to other territories under US and EU sanctions. All products sent are delivered to postal services in a packaged form. The price includes the cost of delivery to the destination and insurance of the product for the full paid price. Buyers are responsible for paying customs duties and taxes in the buyer’s country.

5. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. Each of our products is a unique work of art with individual dimensions and other characteristics. According to Resolution No. 172 of the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Consumer Rights”, imitation products and materials of appropriate quality, cut or cut to size, belong to the category of “goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to exchange (return)”.

6. Intellectual property

All products sold are copyrighted works of art. Upon purchase, only the right of ownership of the purchased products passes to the buyer, the copyright does not pass and is retained by the author. Products sold on our website are intended exclusively for personal use by buyers. Violation of these terms will be considered copyright infringement and may lead to legal action.

7. Privacy Policy

We collect information about user accounts and addresses to fulfill orders and use cookies to track site performance. We comply with GDPR.

8. Limitation of liability

We disclaim any responsibility for any damages that may arise from the use of our site and products, in accordance with best industry practices.

9. Resolution of disputes

These Terms are governed by the legislation of Ukraine. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in Ukrainian courts.

10. User behavior

Users must refrain from using profanity or spam content in reviews and comments. Any commercial or non-commercial use of products purchased from us without the permission of the author is prohibited.

11. Changes in conditions
